A: Our original Hole Cleanser® is innovative, non-ionic gentle cleanser that lifts sweat, odor, and debris without stripping moisture barrier or microbiome.

Hole Control™ Cleanser builds on that formula, incorporating higher concentrations of Horse Chestnut, Stoneroot, and Calendula to soothe and “control” hemorrhoids and fissures while remaining gentle enough for daily use. These Active Ingredients offer relief alonside the skin barrier support of the original Hole Cleanser® formula. It’s also manufactured in an FDA-Certified facility for OTC Certification and reviewed by both a board-certified dermatologist and OB-GYN.

Q: What does “non ionic” mean?
A: When surfactants (cleansing agents) mix with water, they split into tiny, often charged particles. The type of surfactant determines the charge, which impacts how they interact with skin, dirt, and oils.
